1. All prices will be listed US dollars.
2. The success of this site depends on users purchasing listed items.  Registrants agree to review items for sales and purchase items that make economic sense.
3. Buyers and sellers can freely communicate using this site.  Sellers and buyers agree to not circumvent this site in the conclusion of any transaction. Violation of this term of use will result in immediate termination of usage privileges and assessment of commission charges.
4. Buyers and seller can come to any mutual agreed upon transaction regardless of offer price or details listed on this site.
5. On viewing orders and offers for sale, sellers agree to pay Deadstock Network a fee of $1.00 per transaction and a commission of 5% of the total gross order value as listed on the site.  Fees and commissions are non refundable and are owed regardless of successful completion of a transaction.
6. Information regarding items listed for sale on this site is the sole responsibility of the seller. Deadstock Network has not verified the validity of items offered for sale and takes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information presented.  
7. Sellers warrant that the items they are offering for sale are in sellable condition and in the condition as represented on the site.  Pictures can be loaded to clarify condition and buyers and sellers can communicate on the site to clarify product condition and suitability to the buyer.
8. Sellers can refuse sale to any buyer for any reason.
9. Buyers agree to complete any and all offers to purchase or order entered on the site if those terms and conditions are not altered by the seller.
10. Buyers and sellers agree to enter a rating for every transaction within 7 days of completion.
11. Each buyer’s and seller’s accumulated rating will represented on the site.
12. Registrants agree to hold Deadstock Network harmless for any liability arising from the use of this site.
13. As a condition of using the Deadstock Network site, sellers agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding:
    • the use of Deadstock Networks service.
    • their own listings.
    • their solicitation of offers to purchase.
    • the sale of their items.

Sellers are also responsible for paying all fees and commissions associated with using Deadstock Network’s service and Web site, and all applicable taxes associated with the use of Deadstock Network’s service and Web site.
